Web & Server Maintenance Overhaul
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
Our customer-facing website and its admin portal need a comprehensive health-check followed by ongoing maintenance. The priorities are clear: I want the server and all related web parameters reviewed, tuned and kept current so that performance stays fast and, above all, uptime and reliability remain rock-solid.
What I expect from you
• Conduct an initial audit of both the public site and the admin interface, flagging any code, configuration or dependency that could jeopardise stability.
• Optimise server performance and speed through sensible parameter tuning, caching adjustments or load-handling tweaks, then document what was changed.
• Apply any necessary updates or patches to ensure the stack stays secure and fully supported.
• Put monitoring or alerting in place so I can see real-time uptime figures and receive notice of anomalies before they escalate.
• Create a concise maintenance plan outlining routine tasks, frequency and rollback procedures.
Acceptance criteria
• Page response times meet or beat current benchmarks after optimisation.
• Uptime tracking shows 99.9 % or better during the hand-over window.
• A clear change log and maintenance guide are delivered in editable format.
If you have proven experience keeping production sites smooth and servers reliable, let’s discuss your approach and timeline.
