Web SaaS Smart Receipt Platform

I’m building a web-based SaaS that replaces paper slips with interactive digital receipts sent to shoppers through WhatsApp and email. Retailers will connect their POS to the platform, push transaction data in real time, and instantly give customers a branded receipt they can tap, swipe, and reply to.

Key customer-facing features include:
• A feedback module right inside the receipt so buyers can rate their experience or leave comments in one click.
• Seamless loyalty enrollment and points tracking without extra forms or cards.
• Targeted discount offers that update dynamically if the shopper re-opens the receipt later.

On the business side I need a detailed analytics suite: funnel-style views of open rates, clicks, feedback scores, voucher redemptions, and cohort analysis, all exportable to CSV or via API. A role-based dashboard for store staff and head office, plus webhooks so data can flow into CRM and marketing tools, rounds out the requirement.

Deliverables
1. Responsive web app (React, Vue, or similar) that generates smart receipts and distributes them via WhatsApp Business API and email (SendGrid, SES, or comparable).
2. Admin portal with tenant management, template editor, and granular permission controls.
3. Analytics engine with real-time dashboards, scheduled reports, and REST/GraphQL endpoints.
4. Secure, well-documented API for POS integration (OAuth2, JWT).
5. Deployment scripts and CI/CD pipeline ready for a cloud host (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
6. Post-launch support for handoff, bug fixes, and optimisation.

Acceptance criteria will be a demo environment connected to a sample POS feed that shows the complete receipt journey, validates each interaction module, and displays analytics populated by test transactions.
