Web Quotation Management Application
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a straightforward web-based application that lets me create, send from application, and track sales quotations from a single screen. On login, the first page will be a dashboard summarising totals and pipeline stages; the second page will open a quotation builder.
Quotation builder
• Service picker: a drop-down that currently lists “Product sales” and “Maintenance services”, with the ability to add multiple line items per quote.
• Editable sections: Payment Terms, General Terms, and Notes must all be changeable before saving or sending.
Workflow & tracking
Every quote moves through the statuses New → In Progress → Pricing Sent → Won or Lost. The dashboard must show count and total value for both Won and Lost deals in real time.
Client records
All customer details—Customer Name, Contact Person, Mobile Number, Email Address, Trade Licence No., and VAT No.—will be entered manually inside the app and stored for reuse when generating future quotations.
Core expectations
1. Clean, responsive web interface (desktop and tablet friendly).
2. Secure login and role-based access (admin vs. regular user).
3. Database design that keeps quotations, line items, and client data linked.
4. Filters or simple reports so I can review quotes by status, date range, or customer.
5. Ability to export any quotation to PDF with our logo and formatting intact.
Hand-over items: full source code, database schema, brief setup guide, and a short video or call walking me through the key features.
