Web Platform for PAS Network
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I’m building a nationwide network of Authorized Service Points (PAS) that act as miniature branches for our brand. To make the model scalable, I need a single web-based platform that lets me onboard locations, run point-of-sale operations, track every parcel in transit, and give each partner just the tools relevant to their role.
Core requirements
• Full POS integration so each PAS can perform item scans, sales, returns, and print receipts directly in the browser.
• End-to-end logistics traceability: from warehouse dispatch to final pick-up, every event must register in real time and appear on a unified dashboard.
• Customer-service workspace for basic ticket logging, status look-ups, and scripted FAQs.
• Role-based authentication: headquarters admins, regional supervisors, store clerks, and couriers must see only the modules and data they need.
Key expectations
1. A responsive web application built with a mainstream framework (React, Vue, Angular, or similar) and a secure REST or GraphQL backend.
2. Clean, modular code in a private Git repository, plus setup scripts for staging and production.
3. API documentation and a short video walk-through so new PAS operators can learn the workflow quickly.
4. Go-live support until the first ten physical locations are active and transactions flow without errors.
If these deliverables align with your expertise, let’s discuss timeline and milestones so we can start extending our brand’s reach.
