Web Music Distribution Platform
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a complete, browser-based music distribution panel that lets independent artists and labels push their releases to Apple Music, JioSaavn, Spotify and well over a hundred additional DSPs in one go. For the front end I picture a clean, responsive interface where users can register, log in, and track every stage of their release. Behind the scenes an admin dashboard must give me full control over user accounts, catalog moderation and the ingestion queue.
Core workflow: artists sign up, upload audio (WAV/FLAC) and artwork, enter metadata, choose a release date, then watch the progress bar as the system packages everything and dispatches it through delivery APIs. Failed deliveries, takedowns and royalty statements should surface inside each user’s account so support tickets drop to a minimum.
Because this is strictly a web application, I want the stack you are most comfortable with—Laravel, Node.js, Django or an equivalent framework—paired with a modern front-end (React, Vue, or plain vanilla if it keeps things lightweight). Cloud storage such as AWS S3 or Google Cloud Storage will host the assets; background workers will handle transcoding, UPC/ISRC validation and batch deliveries. Security, rate limiting and audit logs are non-negotiable.
Deliverables
• Responsive web portal with user registration, secure login and password reset
• Admin control panel covering user management, release moderation and platform status
• Upload module with drag-and-drop, metadata editor and automated audio/artwork validation
• Integration scripts for Apple Music, JioSaavn, Spotify and a scalable template for adding dozens more DSPs
• Dashboard widgets for delivery status, payouts and analytics
• Fully documented codebase and API endpoints, with deployment instructions
Acceptance Criteria: all three primary functions—user authentication, admin oversight, and music upload/management—must operate end-to-end in a staging environment and successfully deliver a test release to the three flagship stores above before final hand-over.
If this matches your skill set and you can demonstrate prior API integrations with any major DSP, I’m ready to dive straight into milestones and timelines.
