I need a skilled developer/team to create a comprehensive system consisting of:

A Website: For data entry and user management.

Mobile Apps: Native or cross-platform applications for iOS and Android.

A Telegram Bot: To act as an intermediary and notification system.

Core Functionality:

User Onboarding via Website:

A user fills out a detailed form/profile on the website.

This data must be used to automatically create an account and populate specific fields on a predetermined third-party website.

Telegram Bot Workflow:

At a specific trigger point, the Telegram bot sends a notification to the user.

The bot must guide the user through an algorithm on the third-party website (selecting various options/menu items).

Video Verification & CAPTCHA:

After the selections, the bot must initiate a video verification process directly from the user's device within the Telegram chat.

The user might also be required to solve a CAPTCHA.

Error Handling and IP Rotation:

If the process fails (e.g., due to errors on the third-party website), the system must offer the user to retry.

Crucially, during the retry, the user's IP address must be masked or replaced (using a proxy or VPN service) to bypass any potential blocks.
