AI, Web, Medical Experts Needed

I’m putting together a small, senior-level team to build an end-to-end healthcare technology solution that blends advanced AI-driven language understanding with a secure, cloud-first web platform and solid commercial traction. The core of the project revolves around three tightly linked workstreams:
1. Artificial Intelligence / NLP
• Design and prototype domain-specific language models that can parse clinical notes, suggest ICD-10/11 codes, and generate clear patient-friendly summaries.
• Advise on training data strategy, evaluation metrics, and seamless hand-off to production.
2. Full-Stack Web, Cloud & API Development
• Architect a scalable React or Vue front-end backed by a robust Node, Python, or similar service layer.
• Stand up AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure with CI/CD, role-based security, and audited API gateways that the AI services can plug into.
3. Medical Coding, Clinical & Commercial Enablement
• Validate model outputs against real-world clinical scenarios, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Translate the tech into clear value propositions, sales decks, and an actionable go-to-market plan.
Success for me means a working proof-of-concept that can pass a clinician’s scrutiny, demo smoothly to potential customers, and scale quickly once we secure funding.
