Web Hospital Management Software Needed

I am setting up a multispecialty hospital and need a web-based hospital management system that runs smoothly on at least half-a-dozen networked PCs. The application must cover our day-to-day flow from reception through discharge, with special attention to both outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) care as well as the supporting departments—pathology, physiotherapy and X-ray.

Core functions I must be able to use from day one:
• Patient registration and clinical history
• Doctor-order handling for OPD/IPD, pathology and imaging
• Real-time stock and consumable tracking (inventory management)
• Automated billing and invoicing that pulls charges from each department and applies insurance or cash discounts

Although only an Admin role is mandatory right now, the architecture should leave room for adding doctor, receptionist or other roles later without a full rebuild. A clean, responsive interface (desktop browser first, tablet-friendly a plus), role-based access control, audit logs and printable reports are expected.
