Web ERP for Unlisted Shares

I need a web-based ERP that streamlines my entire workflow for buying unlisted shares from one party and selling them to another. The system has to let me record each purchase and sale, trigger an instant deal-confirmation message to the client, and then request a separate payment-received confirmation from my accountant.

The core modules I have in mind are:
• Trade Entry – one screen where I log the buy or sell, attach the broker (if any), set my margin, and have the platform automatically calculate broker commission and employee incentive.
• Client Communication – automatic PDF/HTML deal confirmations and final bills sent via the WhatsApp Business API.
• KYC Vault – a one-time client onboarding form whose data is stored securely on the server and can be pulled into any future trade without retyping.
• Stock Management – real-time share-quantity tracking, closing balance per counterparty, and monthly profit reports; plus on-demand stock reports downloadable in Excel or PDF.

All data must be accessible through a clean browser interface so my team can log in from any device without installing extra software. Role-based permissions should keep my sales staff, accountant, and admin work clearly separated.

Delivery expectations
1. Fully functional, responsive web application deployed on my hosting account.
2. Source code (any modern stack is fine, but please note that streamlined UI/UX and a well-structured database are essential).
3. API integration with WhatsApp for automated document delivery.
4. Documentation and a brief hand-over session so my accountant and salespeople can start using it immediately.
