Web Doctor Appointment System

I need a web-based doctor appointment system built from scratch. The build must include the following working modules:

• Patient registration with secure login and self-service profile management
• Doctor profiles that can be searched, filtered, and edited by authorised users
• Real-time appointment scheduling that blocks out occupied slots and sends confirmations
• Staff dashboard to manage daily clinic operations, calendars, and walk-ins
• Commission-by-agent tracking so every booking that comes through a partner is recorded and the payable percentage is calculated automatically

Three internal roles—Admin, Doctors, and Staff—must be enforced with clear, permission-based access to their respective dashboards. The interface should be responsive, load quickly on modern browsers, and integrate basic analytics so I can monitor bookings, cancellations, and revenue generated through agents.

A complete, ready-to-deploy web application, database schema, and concise setup documentation will constitute final delivery. I will test the system end-to-end before sign-off, so please allow for one revision round to fine-tune any usability or access-control issues.
