Looking for Web Developer – Booking System for Coworking Space

I’m looking for a freelancer to develop a website for a space called Prismmas, which includes:

- 2 training rooms (6 and 12 people capacity)
- 1 coworking area
- 1 private office

Objective
Create a modern, clean, and user-friendly website that:

1. Introduces Prismmas
2. Showcases the available spaces
3. Includes a custom booking system

Booking Functionality (Key Requirement)

When the user clicks “Book”, they should:

1. See 4 options:
- Coworking
- Training room (6 people)
- Training room (12 people)
- Private office

2. Select a service

3. Choose reservation duration:
- From 1 hour up to 8 hours (hourly bookings)
- Or select 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks (depending on the service)

4. Instantly see the calculated price based on:
- selected service
- selected duration

5. Fill out a form:
- Name
- Email
- Phone number

6. Confirm the booking

Expected Outcome

After confirming:

- The user sees a confirmation page:
> “Thank you for your reservation. We will contact you shortly to confirm availability, share the location, and coordinate payment.”

- The software sends:
- Confirmation email to the client
- Notification email to me with:
- client details
- selected service
- duration
- calculated price

Important Logic

- The coworking area and the 12-person training room share the same physical space:
- If the training room (12 people) is booked → coworking must be unavailable for that time
- If not → coworking should allow up to 12 simultaneous bookings

Requirements

- No online payment required (payment handled manually)
- Mobile-responsive design (must work perfectly on phones)
- Preferably scalable and easy to manage
- Open to suggestions on best tech stack or platform (custom build or integrations)

Nice to Have

- Clean, elegant
- Simple admin panel to view/manage bookings
- If possible, a mobile app or app-like experience (PWA or similar)
