Web Developer With Advanced Shopify And WordPress Skills Needed For E-commerce Store Development And Maintenance (Long-term Project – STILL OPEN)
Budget: $10 – $1,250 AUD
We are an Australia-based innovative marketing company searching for a web developer with advanced Shopify and WordPress skills to develop and maintain an e-commerce store.
The Web Developer has 2 main roles. The first role is to develop two websites; an Online Store (Shopify or WordPress-Divi) and a Blogging Website (WordPress-Divi), and to maintain the two websites' functionality and user interface (UI) to improve user experience (UX) and sales.
At a given time, the Store will hold about 100 products sold directly to consumers and another 100 affiliate products. Consumers and our partners (e.g. retailers, designers, affiliates…etc.) should be able to create their own accounts. Functionalities such as discount voucher system, referral system, product review, product filtering, and integrations such as newsletter/marketing integrations, payment integrations, social media integrations, shipping integrations, form integrations and any other integrations required to achieve the scope of the work are also included.
The blogging site will be directed to the store and will work as a funnel.
Both sites will have about 20 pages to cover generic content, such as ‘Size Guides’, 'Terms and Conditions', 'Return Policy', 'Contact Us'…etc.
All the text and video content will be provided. Stock images can be used with our acceptance.
Both sites should fulfil technical requirements such as responsive UI for both desktop and mobile, ensuring cross-device and cross-browser responsiveness and fast and seamless functionality. You will need to make sure there are no caching issues or bugs. Optimize site speed to be over 85 in Google SteSpeed Insights, SEO best practices, UX focusing on a sales-winning funnel, cyber-security measures, and any basic functionality of a similar store and blog is a must.
This is a long-term project run for at least 12 months, where the first month is dedicated to Web Development. Testing, bug fixing, any updates required to maintain functionality within the scope and overall maintenance of the sites are a part of Web Maintenance.
PAYMENTS
We can pay AUD$1,250 for this project. The payment will be released in 15 milestones. One milestone payment will be created at a time. The cope of each milestone and timeline are as follows.
Milestone 1 - Website Design, adding content, resources and databases $100 – 1 week
Milestone 2 - Website development, integrations $150 – 1 week
Milestone 3 - Website Launch, bug fixing and re-launch $120 – 1-2 week
Milestones 5 –15 Web Maintenance $80/m
These rates are budgeted and NON-NEGOTIABLE. So, please don’t waste our or your time negotiating for more money. Attempting to renegotiate during the project will result in a dispute.
Based on performance, freelancers who work in our team are offered bonuses and parallel projects.
