Web Developer (Full-Time Collaboration) – Web Applications
Budget: $400 – $1,500 USD
We’re looking for a developer to work with us full-time on web app creation and ongoing maintenance. The focus is clean architecture, solid logic, and building systems that last.
This is a long-term collaboration for someone who can take ownership of their work and move projects forward with minimal supervision.
Core Stack:
- Vanilla PHP
- Vanilla JavaScript
- MySQL
You should be comfortable building systems from scratch and maintaining existing ones.
Strong Plus Points:
- Experience with Laravel and/or Symfony
- Good knowledge of GitHub, VS Code, and basic DevOps
- Strong logical thinking and the ability to understand requirements beyond surface-level explanations
- Already using a MacBook Pro
- Or at least a modern, reliable computer setup
What Matters Most:
- Clean and structured coding
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Clear and direct communication
- Attention to detail
Remuneration (Monthly Range):
- Junior level: $400
- Mid-level: $700
- Senior level: $1,000 – $1,500
Range depends on skill level and experience.
