Web-Based Salary Payment Automation

I need a secure, browser-accessible system that automatically pushes approved salary batches straight to our employees’ bank accounts or preferred gateway once the payroll file is uploaded. The entire focus is on flawless automated payment processing: no manual clicks after the data is validated, real-time status tracking for every transfer, detailed success/failure logs, and an audit trail I can export at month-end.

The interface should be lightweight—think responsive dashboard, role-based log-ins, and support for CSV or Excel uploads—yet robust enough to plug into common RESTful banking APIs or payment gateways. While future phases may add on-board salary calculation or compliance reports, this first release is strictly about hands-free disbursement, rock-solid security (HTTPS, encrypted keys, 2FA), and clean code that can scale.

Deliverables:
• Web application source code (PHP/Laravel, Node.js, Django, or similar modern stack)
• Database schema and migration scripts
• Payment gateway integration module with sandbox and live configs
• Deployment guide and basic user manual
• Short walk-through video or live demo to prove end-to-end payment automation works

Acceptance criteria: once I upload a sample payroll file, the system should automatically trigger payments, display transaction statuses, and generate an exportable log without further input.
