Web Automated Invoicing Platform
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
The project is to build a browser-based billing application focused exclusively on invoicing. All invoices must be generated automatically from predefined business events or scheduled batches—no manual template filling, no recurring-billing extras, and no payment-gateway logic are needed.
Invoices produced by the system have to flow seamlessly into three existing environments: our accounting software, the CRM, and the inventory-management platform. Each of those tools already exposes REST/JSON APIs; the new app should push finished invoices, status updates, and relevant metadata to them in real time or near-real time.
A clean, responsive web interface will let team members review, search and export invoices, and an admin panel should expose settings for branding, tax rules, triggers, and integration keys. Security (role-based access, HTTPS), solid error handling, and clear logging are essential.
Deliverables
• Core web app with automated invoice engine
• Tested connectors for Accounting, CRM, and Inventory APIs
• Documentation: setup, API endpoints, integration instructions, and a quick-start user guide
The code can be in any modern stack—Laravel, Node, Django, or similar—as long as it is well-structured, documented, and easy to maintain. Once delivered, I will run final integration tests on a staging server; acceptance is complete when invoices generate automatically and appear correctly inside all three external systems without manual intervention.
