Web Attendance & Payroll System -- 2
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
I need a fully-functional, web-based application that brings together attendance, payroll, and statutory compliance in one place.
Core scope
• Time tracking must capture daily in/out data, allow bulk import from biometric devices or spreadsheets, and flag anomalies automatically.
• Payroll processing should calculate gross-to-net, handle overtime and allowances, and post results directly to each employee’s self-service view.
• Leave management has to let staff apply, supervisors approve, and balances update in real time.
• Compliance is non-negotiable: built-in reports for PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, plus any standard labour-law registers, should be exportable in the prescribed formats.
Tech preferences are open as long as the solution is browser-based, responsive on mobile, and runs on a mainstream stack that can be deployed on a typical VPS. Clean, well-documented code and a SQL database schema are expected so my in-house team can maintain the system long term.

3. Setup guide for staging and production servers
4. User manual covering admin, HR, and employee roles
Hand-off is complete only after a short live test cycle where all payslip figures match our existing spreadsheets and each statutory file uploads successfully to the respective government portal.
