Web Application Deployment & Backend Development

- Project type: Static HTML/CSS/JavaScript web application for employee onboarding, ESIC/PF registration, and PDF generation.
- Current status: Frontend files are already built and working locally.
- Main pages/modules: Employee onboarding form, ESIC registration form, registration history, and PDF export.
- Goal: Publish the website on a live domain with secure HTTPS and reliable performance.
- Required freelancer work: Review existing files, fix deployment issues, optimize structure, and make production-ready.
- Hosting setup: Configure hosting platform, connect custom domain, DNS, and SSL certificate.
- Backend requirement: Add server-side database/API for saving records (instead of only browser/local storage).
- Backup requirement: Implement automatic daily backup for database and uploaded/generated files.
- Security requirement: Basic authentication for admin use, protected APIs, and essential security headers.
- Data handling: Ensure employee records, family details, nominee details, and generated PDF metadata are safely stored.
- Deliverables: Live production URL, source code in Git repository, deployment documentation, and backup/restore process document.
- Handover: Admin credentials, server access details, and 1 short training session for operations.
- Support expectation: 15–30 days post-launch bug-fix support.
- Preferred freelancer profile: Experience with HTML/JS deployments, Node.js/Express (or similar), SQL database, and cloud hosting.
