Web and App for Unlisted Shares
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m building a complete trading platform for unlisted shares where investors can view, buy, and sell unlisted shares. The solution has two parts: a responsive web portal and native mobile apps for both iOS and Android.
Core features I need implemented
• Dynamic share-price module that I can update instantly from an admin dashboard and have reflected across web and apps in real time.
• Full trading workflow: add to cart, checkout, and order history. Payments at launch must support credit/debit cards and direct bank transfers; the gateway setup should allow me to plug in digital wallets later without major rework.
• Seamless KYC: users upload their Aadhaar and PAN, then e-sign a standard agreement before their first transaction. Files must be encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Biometric login (fingerprint or face) on mobile, with traditional email/password as a fallback on the web portal.
• Purchase and sale settlements tracked through a secure admin console where I can approve, reject, or adjust orders.
• Compliance-ready audit logs, basic analytics, and automated email/SMS notifications for order status.
Tech flexibility
Use any modern stack (e.g., React or Vue for the web, Swift/Kotlin for the mobile apps, Node or Django for the backend) as long as performance is solid and the codebase is clean and documented.
Acceptance criteria
1. Website, iOS app, and Android app all pass UAT with identical core functionality.
2. Admin can update share prices and manage orders without touching code.
3. End-to-end transaction—from price refresh to payment capture—takes under five seconds on a standard 4G connection.
4. All sensitive data (KYC docs, personal info, payment tokens) stored and transmitted according to PCI-DSS and local data-protection rules.
5. Source code, build instructions, and a brief handover session supplied on completion.
