Web App for Image Text Extraction

I'm looking for a skilled web app developer to create a system for image text extraction and data management.

Key requirements include:

- Storing extracted text in MongoDB.
- Creating four enumerators to gather data.
- Merging all enumerators' data into a single MongoDB collection.
