Web App Optimization & Features

Our production web app needs a focused performance overhaul alongside three strategic feature additions. The top priority is to enhance performance—specifically front-end responsiveness—so screens feel instant and fluid even under load. Alongside that, I want to bring the product up a notch with secure user authentication, real-time notifications, and seamless payment integration.

Acceptance criteria: a Lighthouse performance score of key pages, fully tested auth and payment flows, and live notifications verified across two browsers.

Code is maintained in Git; all work should be committed in clean, review-ready pull requests with concise documentation of changes.
