Web App - Digital Twin Module (Enhancement)

As part of our development and enhancements pipeline we're looking to add a new Digital Twinning module to our cloud application. We are looking for freelancers to supplement and support our internal development team to build out the new functionality for our web based application. Azure Digital Twins experience would be beneficial.
