Basic Web App for RobotServicePro with Support & Donation Features

Project Description:

I have a website https://robotservicepro.online/ that provides free basic support for Panasonic (and Valk Welding) robot programming issues. I would like to convert this website into a simple, clean web application.

Key Features Required:

1. User Support System

Visitors can ask short Panasonic/Valk robot-related questions (e.g. DTPS or programming problems).

Free tier: first support message or 10 minutes of support is free.

(Optional for later phase) Paid tier with Stripe or PayPal integration for extended support.



2. Donation Feature

Add a donation button or widget (PayPal, Stripe, or another platform) so users can support the project voluntarily.



3. Simple Ticket System

Users can submit a support request through a form.

Each request generates a ticket number.

Admin can reply via email or internal dashboard.

Email notification sent to admin when a new ticket is submitted.



4. Basic Admin Panel

View and manage support tickets.

Mark tickets as resolved.

View donation history (if applicable).



5. Design

Clean, professional, business-style interface.

Mobile responsive.

Option to support both Dutch and English (can be hardcoded or basic toggle).




Tech Stack (Preferred but not required):

Suggestions welcome, but should be simple and efficient. Possible options include:

Frontend: React, Vue, or HTML/CSS

Backend: Node.js, PHP (Laravel), Python (Flask), or Firebase

Database: Firebase, MySQL, or MongoDB


Timeline:

Target delivery within 2–3 weeks.
