We are seeking a skilled developer or development team to build the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of a web-based platform called WaseetLink.

WaseetLink is a smart real estate tool designed to connect real estate brokers with property owners’ agents (authorized brokers), enabling them to:
• Collaborate on real estate deals
• Digitally sign and document commission agreements
• Protect broker rights and commission percentages

• Enable verified brokers to connect and cooperate with property owner reps.
• Digitize commission agreements through automated contract generation.
• Offer secure documentation and records for every partnership deal.

Key Features (Phase 1 – MVP):

1. User Panel (Broker Account)
• Sign up/login via phone number and password.
• Select account type: Broker / Owner’s Broker
• Edit profile and upload authorization documents.

2. Partnership Request & Contract Module
• Send a partnership request to another broker.
• Input property details, commission %, validity period, and both party names.
• Upon acceptance, system generates a digital contract (PDF).

3. Contract Dashboard
• View list of all active and archived contracts.
• Track contract status: Pending / Accepted / Rejected
• Download contracts in PDF format.

4. Notifications
• In-app alerts for received requests and signed contracts.
• Notifications for expired or soon-to-expire agreements.

5. Admin Panel
• Manage users: verify, suspend, or delete accounts.
• View contract activity logs.
• (Optional for V2) Reports, audit logs.
