Want to add API's in Web Version and Design Changes

I need a Developer who can do the following tasks:
1-All APIS need to be enabled and work fine in web version just like the mobile app
2-Firebase chat integration in web version
3-Design improvement via dynamic way static design will be provided by us like post is displaying full text it need to be put count we will help to provide front end code if required
4-Login/signup with Gmail/Apple
