Virtual Number Sales Website

I’m launching an online storefront for both single-use and subscription-based virtual phone numbers and I need a complete, production-ready website built from the ground up.

Core requirements
• Fully responsive, mobile-first design so customers can browse, purchase and manage their numbers easily on any device.
• Clean user login / registration flow with password reset and basic profile management.
• An admin panel that lets me add or edit number listings, change pricing, view and fulfil orders, and generally control day-to-day operations without touching code.
• A simple contact form (reCAPTCHA preferred) that drops enquiries straight into my inbox.
• Basic on-page SEO: meta tags, XML sitemap, friendly URLs and search-engine-readable markup.
• Payment gateway integration. I definitely need card payments and I’m open to PayPal or even crypto if you can wire them in quickly.
• Deployment assistance: set up my chosen domain, configure hosting, connect SSL and hand over every credential so I have full ownership.
• Final deliverable must include the complete, well-commented source code and a short README explaining environment variables, build commands and how to restore a fresh copy from scratch.

Tech stack is flexible—Laravel, Node, Django, or a modern PHP framework will all work so long as performance remains solid and the UI stays lightweight.
