Virtual Product Buy–Sell Website with Wallet & Commission System

Description

> I need a web application where users can buy and sell virtual products using a wallet system.

Main features required:

User registration and login (email/mobile with OTP or password)

User dashboard showing wallet balance, active products, profit, and transaction history

Wallet system with three parts:

1. Main Wallet (deposit & withdraw)


2. Investment Wallet (locked amount after product purchase)


3. Commission Wallet (profit after selling product)



Users can add money to wallet via payment gateway (UPI/Card etc.)

Virtual product buy system (no physical product delivery)

When a user buys a product, the amount is deducted from the main wallet and locked as investment

Users can sell the virtual product after a defined condition or time

On selling, system calculates profit/commission and credits it to the user wallet

Withdrawal system with admin approval

Complete admin panel to manage users, products, commission rates, orders, sell requests, and withdrawals

All wallet transactions must be logged properly


Technology preference:

Backend: Node.js / Laravel (open to suggestions)

Frontend: React / Next.js or standard responsive frontend

Database: MySQL or MongoDB


The platform should be secure, scalable, and admin-controlled.
