I want to build a straightforward video-sharing social media platform where users can upload their clips, watch others, and engage through a simple like-and-comment system.

Core requirements
• User registration, login, and password recovery
• Video upload, transcoding, and responsive playback on web and mobile browsers
• Like and comment functionality (no sharing or follow features at this stage)
• Basic search or browse page so visitors can discover content
• Admin dashboard to review reported videos and moderate comments

The code should be clean, well-documented, and structured so new features—such as sharing or subscriptions—can be added later. I’m open to the stack you prefer (Laravel, Node.js, Django, or similar) as long as it supports secure authentication, efficient video handling, and a scalable database.
