Vehicle Pooling Management
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m putting in place a complete LMV pooling solution that links three distinct roles—Requesting Officers, Control Center Staff, and Drivers—under one unified workflow.
Workflow Summary
Step 1: User Request
Officer submits pickup/drop request with purpose and duration.
User want an option to cancel the request or schedule later.
Step 2: Control Center Assignment
Control center receives the request.
Checks available vehicles.
Assigns driver → user and driver get notified.
Step 3: Driver Execution
Driver starts the trip.
After completion → marks as “Completed” or “Waiting for Next Task.”
Step 4: Breakdown or Service
Driver reports breakdown.
Control center notified → vehicle marked unavailable.
Workshop team or admin handles service → marks vehicle back as available.
Step 5: Reporting
All trip data stored.
Admin can view reports and analytics.
