WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT BRIEF — VANLIO (MVP MARKETPLACE) Project Overview

I am building a simple online marketplace called Vanlio for Dublin initially.

Vanlio connects customers who need moving, removals, or van services with verified drivers and removal companies.

The platform is similar in concept to a simplified version of a marketplace like AnyVan, but starting as a manual MVP system before future automation.

The goal is to validate demand in Dublin first and then scale across Ireland.

Core Concept

Vanlio is NOT a van company.

It is a two-sided marketplace where:

Purpose: Get users to submit a job request

Must include:

Clear headline (e.g. “Book a Van or Removal Service in Dublin Easily”) Short explanation of service Trust elements (verified drivers, fast response, reliable service) CTA button: “Get a Quote” 2. Job Request Page (Core Function)

This is the most important part of the website.

Simple form including:

After submission:

Confirmation message:

Simple 3-step explanation:

A simple backend system is required to:

Keep the platform extremely simple at MVP stage.

The admin (me) will manually manage matching between customers and drivers. The focus is speed, simplicity, and validation of demand — not automation.
