Vacation Rental Website Recreation -- 2

Project Description:
We are looking for a developer or team to recreate a similar version of our current vacation rental website and booking engine:
rentals.iberian-escapes.com

The new version must replicate the same functionality and structure, including the search engine, booking flow, and Stripe integration. It must also integrate with the Avantio API for property, availability, and booking sync. We will provide API documentation. Avantio is the PMS

We do not have a technical spec. The current site is the reference.

Core Requirements:

Rebuild the site with the same layout, booking functionality, and search flow

Integrate with Stripe to take payments online

Integrate with Avantio API (we provide documentation)

Ensure admin/CMS access for simple content and listing management

It will need to be a subdomain within our main site revigorate.com - we expect to add othe rproperties at a later date to teh website (maybe phase2) that are not connected with Avantio

Adjust menu, header, and footer slightly (we will provide exact edits)

Make the site responsive and SEO-friendly

We need to decide where it is hosted.

Additional Notes:

The original site is the brief. Same look and feel and flow.

Final version must be tested and fully functional

A brief technical handover is required

Required Experience:

Stripe payment integration

3rd-party API integration (especially in travel, property, or hospitality)

Booking or rental site development and booking engine.
