User-Friendly Custom E-Commerce Website

I need a fully custom e-commerce site built from the ground up for selling physical products. My top priority is that anyone on my team— even the least tech-savvy— can log in, add a new item, assign it to the right category, and publish it in minutes. Robust, intuitive product categorization is therefore non-negotiable.

What I expect:
• A clean, responsive storefront that makes browsing simple on desktop and mobile.
• An admin dashboard with plain-language prompts, drag-and-drop image uploads, bulk CSV import/export, and clear status indicators so inventory stays organized without technical know-how.
• Secure checkout integrated with major payment gateways, plus the usual essentials: tax/shipping rules, order confirmation emails, and GDPR-compliant data handling.
• Code that is well-documented so future enhancements— such as customer reviews or full inventory management— can be added without rewrites.

Hand-over will include source code, a brief video walkthrough of the back-office workflow, and written instructions my staff can follow. Once the build is stable, I’ll run a short user test with a non-technical colleague; final payment triggers when they can successfully upload and categorize a product unaided.
