Urgent WooCommerce PHP Conflict Fix

My WordPress site went down right after I switched the server to a newer PHP version. Disabling WooCommerce brings the front-end straight back, so the plugin is clearly clashing with the updated PHP runtime.
The immediate goal is simple: get WooCommerce running again without rolling the server back.
