Upskilling & Recruitment Portal Development
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I’m building an end-to-end talent platform that can assess, upskill and ultimately place candidates while giving employers an instant view of “plug-and-play” talent. The system has three pillars—Assessment, Learning, and Hiring—and each must flow seamlessly inside a single responsive web portal.
Assessment module
The platform must support skill-based tests, hands-on coding challenges, and soft-skills evaluation. Beyond these core areas it also needs native exercises for aptitude, logical & numerical reasoning, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, critical thinking, stakeholder management, strategic and thought leadership, emotional intelligence, Excel, business writing and PowerPoint skills. Built-in remote proctoring (webcam, screen and browser monitoring) and a detailed skill-healthcard for every attempt are mandatory so employers can compare candidates at a glance.
Upskilling module
An integrated LMS should host self-paced content, live classes and recorded sessions. I should be able to tag learning paths to assessment gaps so the moment a candidate falls short on, say, logical reasoning or communication, a tailored course is auto-recommended.
Hiring workflow
After learners meet our job-ready threshold, the system must schedule panel interviews, track interviewer feedback, and let employers shortlist or reject in one click. At every step, candidate data—from the initial test scores through interview notes—needs to remain visible to the employer.
Core deliverables
• Web portal (responsive) with Assessment, LMS, Live Class, Proctoring and Hiring modules
• Role-based dashboards for candidates, instructors, interviewers and employers
• Automated generation of detailed, shareable diagnoses and skill cure prescribed skill-healthcards
• Employer console showing only job-ready talent filtered by chosen criteria
• Integration points (API or webhook) for HRIS / ATS systems
Acceptance criteria
1. A candidate can take a coding challenge, be proctored and receive a healthcard without admin intervention.
2. An employer can log in, view only candidates whose scores meet preset thresholds, and trigger panel interview scheduling.
3. Learning paths are auto-assigned based on individual assessment gaps and progress is tracked in real-time.
If you’ve built similar multi-module talent systems—or have a clear plan to stitch assessment tech, an LMS, live streaming and hiring workflows into one coherent product—I’m ready to review your approach and timeline.
