UploadThing Concert Upload Setup

I'm looking for an UploadThing page to facilitate video uploads from multiple users attending a worldwide concert tour. I need the uploads sorted into folders by username and concert location.

Users should also be able to add additional tags like:
- Concert date
- Instagram username
- City
- Song name
- Date of recording

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with UploadThing or similar upload services
- Familiarity with organizing and tagging multimedia content
- Ability to create a user-friendly interface for multiple uploaders
