Under 60K Rental Platform Build

I need an end-to-end digital platform for my rental business that includes:

• A responsive website
• A native-quality mobile app for iOS
• A native-quality mobile app for Android
• A single back-office dashboard so I can add listings, update prices, and see key metrics in real time

I’m aiming to keep the total build under the 60 K mark, so I value clean, reusable code and a clear milestone plan. If a cross-platform framework such as Flutter or React Native lets us ship faster without compromising quality, I’m open to it—just outline the trade-offs. Likewise, you can choose the server stack (Laravel, Node, or similar) as long as it stays lightweight, secure, and easy for me to maintain.

Core acceptance criteria
• Website and both apps pass App Store and Google Play reviews
• Design matches the approved Figma mock-ups (to be supplied)
• Admin dashboard lets me create, edit, and deactivate listings without touching code
• Basic analytics (bookings, revenue, user sign-ups) visible in the dashboard
• Final hand-off includes source code, build instructions, and a short video walkthrough
