I want to bring a modern, sleek online marketplace to life where cars are traded exclusively through real-time auctions. The vision centres on a fast, intuitive interface that lets users bid confidently from any device while I handle the business strategy and operations.
Main functionality
• Auction-style selling with live countdowns, bid histories and proxy bidding.
User roles
• Buyer
• Seller
• Admin
The build should follow clean, contemporary UI principles and be engineered for scale. I’m flexible on the exact stack—React, Vue, Next.js, Node, Laravel, Django or whatever you’re strongest in—as long as the codebase is modular, test-covered and cloud-ready (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.). Secure authentication, payment gateway integration and an analytics-ready database schema are must-haves.

1. Technical architecture and timeline proposal
2. Clickable design mock-ups to finalise the look and flow
3. MVP release with the complete auction workflow running end-to-end
4. Post-launch roadmap and maintenance plan
