This is a fixed-budget, end-to-end project, requiring close collaboration, structured execution, and delivery to client satisfaction.

Scope of Work (Indicative):

The selected freelancer will be responsible for complete website delivery, including design, development, optimization, and functional setup.
A detailed page-by-page scope document will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

1. Website Design & User Experience
• Clean, professional, education-focused design
• Responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop
• Clear navigation and strong readability
• Consistent layout and branding
• Design revisions based on feedback until satisfaction

2. WordPress Development
• Complete WordPress setup and configuration
• Clean backend structure for easy editing
• Use of stable, well-supported themes and plugins only
• No pirated or nulled themes/plugins
• Full admin access and ownership to be provided to the client

3. Course & Payment Capability (End-to-End)
• Website should support hosting and selling educational courses/programs
• Users should be able to:
• View courses
• Purchase courses
• Receive confirmation after successful payment
• Integration with Razorpay (credentials to be provided)
• Basic email notifications for:
• User purchase confirmation
• Admin purchase notification
• Client should be able to access user and purchase data via WordPress

(Implementation to be done using standard WordPress plugins; no custom LMS development expected.)

4. SEO & Performance Optimization
• Basic on-page SEO for all pages
• SEO-friendly URLs, headings, and meta details
• Image optimization
• Installation and configuration of an SEO plugin
• Website speed and mobile performance optimization

5. Integrations, Security & Analytics
• Contact forms with email notifications
• Social media integration (as required)
• Basic security and spam protection
• Backup setup
• Basic analytics integration (if credentials provided)

6. Collaboration, Feedback & Revisions
• Regular coordination during development
• Progress sharing at key stages
• Consultation before major design or structure decisions
• Feedback to be incorporated throughout
• Revisions included until client approval

7. Knowledge Transfer & Handover
• Ongoing explanation of edits during development
