UAC Website Modification

We have an existing site (UAC.biz) hosted on Godaddy which needs modification. I will provide a detailed list of changes to each page. I understand this to be low to medium range of web developer skills required. The amount of work I guess will be 5 to 10 hours. There will also be ongoing occasional work during the year.

I am looking for an hourly rate for both the initial work and for future requirements.
