Travel Booking Website & CRM
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a complete web platform that lets customers search and book travel in one place while giving my team the tools to manage every lead and reservation behind the scenes.
Front-end goals
• One unified interface for Flights, Hotels and Car Rentals
• Real-time availability pulled from the relevant APIs or GDS feeds
• Secure checkout with a reliable payment gateway (credit cards, wallets, UPI, etc.)
• Public user reviews and ratings on each product to build trust
• Mobile-first, responsive design so the whole flow works as smoothly on a phone as on a laptop
Back-office goals
• A built-in CRM that automatically creates and updates customer profiles the moment an inquiry or booking is made
• Lead management pipeline with status tags, notes, reminders and simple reporting
• Inquiry management dashboard where my agents can quote, amend or cancel bookings
• Admin panel to control inventory connections, pricing mark-ups, coupons, user roles and system settings
Core deliverables
1. Fully functional travel website (Flights, Hotels, Cars) deployed on our hosting or a recommended cloud stack
2. CRM, lead and inquiry modules integrated with the front-end booking engine
3. Admin panel with role-based access, analytics and basic finance reports
4. Payment gateway set up in live mode and test credentials documented
5. Source code, database schema and a short hand-over manual so my in-house team can maintain it
Acceptance criteria
• Searches return up-to-date availability in <3 seconds for at least 95 % of queries
• Successful end-to-end booking, payment and voucher issuance in both desktop and mobile views
• All leads automatically appear in the CRM with correct customer, trip and payment details
• Admin user can change pricing rules and see the change reflected in a new search without code changes
If you have built similar travel portals or integrated Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Expedia, Booking.com or other third-party APIs, please include a quick note so I can review relevant examples.
