Traffic Challan Clearance Website Build

I need a full-featured website that lets motorists look up their pending traffic challans, register an account, and clear those dues online. The flow is straightforward: a user signs up, enters vehicle or challan details, sees the outstanding amount, and settles it instantly through their preferred payment method—credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI/wallets.

Security and reliability are critical because real-money transactions are involved. I therefore expect industry-standard encryption, a trusted payment-gateway integration, and an admin panel where I can monitor payments, update challan status, and pull reports. The interface should load quickly on mobile, tablet, and desktop, with an intuitive dashboard for both end users and administrators.
