US Trading Platform Development

I need a seasoned, US-based developer to architect and build a stock-trading web platform from the ground up. The site must feel as fast and polished as any major brokerage while keeping security airtight and every transaction compliant.

Core build
• User registration with multi-factor, device-bound authentication
• Real-time market data streaming to the trading dashboard (stock focus first; later we may layer in crypto or forex feeds)
• Order entry, execution flow, and transaction history
• Admin panel for user management, KYC/AML oversight, and system health metrics
• Fully responsive UI with a clean, modern aesthetic that mirrors native-app fluidity

What I’m looking for in you
You already have live examples of financial, fintech, or trading sites you engineered—links or demo credentials are essential. Your code practices reflect deep knowledge of secure authentication, encryption at rest and in transit, rate-limited APIs, and OWASP-compliant design. Clear, prompt English communication is a must; I expect frequent checkpoint calls during the project.

Acceptance criteria
1. Platform passes independent penetration testing with no critical or high vulnerabilities.
2. Live data latency under 300 ms from feed to dashboard widget.
3. All core user flows (register, fund, trade, withdraw) complete successfully on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and current iOS/Android browsers.
