Towing Service Booking Web App

I need a responsive web application that lets my towing customers book and manage jobs from any device. The core focus is customer booking and management, not live truck tracking or billing dashboards—those may follow in later phases.

Three distinct user roles must be baked in from day one: customers who place and review their bookings, towing operators who see the jobs assigned to them, and an administrator (myself) who oversees everything. For customers, I want a real-time availability check so they can immediately see open time slots, instant confirmation notifications (email and/or SMS), and a clean history section where they can revisit, reschedule, or cancel previous bookings.

An intuitive interface, secure user authentication, and a lightweight admin panel are essential. Feel free to suggest the tech stack you’re most comfortable with—Laravel, Node, React, or another modern framework—as long as the final product is mobile-friendly, scalable, and well-documented so my in-house team can maintain it later.
