Tour Booking Website Development

I run an India-based tour and travel company and need a full-featured website that lets visitors create an account, browse my tour packages, and complete their booking entirely online. Once a guest selects a trip they should be able to pay by Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or direct Bank Transfer.

Two user roles will drive the platform:
• Tourists – register, log in, manage their profile, search or filter tours, place secure bookings, see payment history, and download vouchers.
• Tour operators (my in-house team) – log in to add or edit tours, set prices, view customer details, and confirm availability.

On my end I must receive instant notifications (email or in-dashboard) every time a booking is placed, modified, or cancelled so I can keep operations smooth. Think of a streamlined, India-focused version of TripAdvisor or GetYourGuide with a tidy Home, Services, and Contact Us flow and solid mobile responsiveness.

Core deliverables I expect:
1. Custom-designed responsive website with Home, Services, and Contact Us pages.
2. User registration / login system for Tourists and Tour operators.
3. Booking engine with real-time availability, promo code support, and cart checkout.
4. Payment gateway integration for Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and Bank Transfers.
5. Admin dashboard showing live booking updates, downloadable reports, and manual override tools.
6. Email notification setup for each booking event plus optional SMS add-on.
7. Basic SEO setup and hand-off documentation so I can update tours myself later.

I’m open to the stack you prefer—WordPress with WooCommerce, Laravel, or a clean MERN build—as long as performance stays quick for users in India and abroad. Please outline your proposed technology, timeline, and any similar travel sites you have delivered.
