Tools Website Build On Some Scripts

I want a developer who can create a tools website for me which will contain some tools I will share the link for those tools scripts in this project to check them and I’m open to get extra suggestions and new ideas, any trendy tools u can add will be awesome. I will need an easy to use website, SEO friendly and we will put all those scripts on it (all in one website) and we will need to do some customization for better performance and white label them, and will do some changes with categories and maybe some of the tools names and description also will remove the duplicated tools between those 4 scripts. You will be checking those scripts and buying them for me because u are the developer u know better than me so u will check them and buy them and we will consider the costs on the project budget. Also I will need an easy to use admin panel where I can manage and customize anything I want with the website and the tools on it. What I need is a full plan with the steps what u will be doing and how we can start working on this and getting it done. You will be telling me the best hosting I need to get and other related stuff as I said u the developer u know better. You will be giving me the deadline and the price for this project.
