Hello,
I would like to build a website for TicketTrustNL, a platform where people can buy and sell tickets, similar to TicketSwap, but starting with a simple first version.
The website should include the following pages and features:
* Homepage with information about TicketTrustNL
* Browse/Search Tickets page
* Sell Ticket page (form to create ticket listings)
* User accounts (registration and login)
* My Account page
* Reviews and ratings
* Safety & Trust page
* About Us page
* Contact page
Features:
* Users must create an account
* Users must verify their identity with a valid ID before they can sell tickets
* Admin should be able to approve or reject identity verifications
* Only verified users can create ticket listings
* Users can search and filter tickets
* Users can manage their own listings
* Users can leave reviews after a transaction
* Fully mobile-friendly and responsive design
Important:
* I want the website to be scalable and expandable in the future with features such as Mollie or Stripe payments, an internal chat system, ticket verification, and eventually a mobile app.
* I want full ownership of the website, domain, hosting, source code, and all related accounts.
* The ID verification process must comply with GDPR and privacy regulations.
* Please provide examples of similar marketplace or ticketing platforms you have built.

2. The estimated development timeline
3. The technology stack you would use
4. Whether I will be able to easily make changes and manage content myself in the future
