Telematics FMC650 Configuration

I need someone to configure a Telematics FMC650 device. The device should display information from the CANbus and allow control of a PLC via a desktop interface.

Requirements:
- Display the following CANbus data:
- Engine performance data
- Vehicle diagnostics
- Fuel consumption
- Control PLC with customized logic
- Web-based interface for control

Ideal Skills and Experience:
