Teen Book Recommendation Website

I’m building a web platform that gives personalised book suggestions specifically for teenagers. The site must be fast, mobile-friendly and visually engaging, with colours and typography that resonate with a young audience.

Core flow
• A teen visitor lands on the homepage, answers a few quick preference questions (genre, mood, reading level, etc.) and immediately receives a set of book recommendations.
• Each suggestion should display a cover image, author, one-sentence blurb and an external link to read, buy or borrow the title.
• Results update dynamically without a full page refresh.

Under the hood
You are free to use React, Vue, vanilla JS, Django, Laravel or any comparable stack; what matters most is clean code, clear structure and easy future maintenance. A lightweight database (MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB) will store the book catalogue so I can add, edit or retire titles through a simple admin panel.

Deliverables & acceptance
– Responsive front-end with modern UI/UX patterns
– Recommendation logic (rule-based or algorithmic) wired to the book database
– Admin panel for CRUD operations on titles and genres
– Source code in a public or private repo, plus step-by-step deployment notes
– Short video walkthrough (screen capture) demonstrating a user moving from the quiz to final suggestions
