Technical SEO & AEO Boost

My site needs a deep technical tune-up. I want you to look under the hood, diagnose every bottleneck, and leave me with a search-ready, AI-ready platform.

The immediate priority is technical SEO. Website speed has to improve dramatically, but I also need a complete sweep that covers:

• Resolving all Google Search Console warnings and errors (coverage, crawl, indexing, page experience)
• Cleaning up and expanding structured data, then validating it so no schema warnings remain
• Preparing the site for AI-powered search—Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)—to secure featured answers and conversational snippets
• Implementing performance wins (code, server, images, caching) to push Core Web Vitals into the green on both mobile and desktop

Deliverables I’ll sign off on:
1. Before/after Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed Insight scores showing measurable gains
2. A validated schema report with zero critical errors
3. A cleaned-up Google Search Console dashboard free of outstanding issues
4. A short implementation log so I understand what was changed and where
