You do not go silent for days. You write clear commit messages, ask clarifying questions before coding, and explain technical concepts simply.2. Project Manager & Team Lead (High-Level Communication & Leadership)This is a high-ownership leadership role, not just an administrative job. You will serve as the primary voice of our team, commanding client meetings and directing the development process. Flawless English communication is your most important tool.Core Responsibilities: Leading client discussions with confidence, gathering technical requirements, managing project timelines, organising team syncs, and translating client feedback into precise, actionable developer tasks.Communication Expectation: Exceptional verbal and written English. You must be comfortable leading live video calls with Australian clients, managing expectations, explaining delays or technical hurdles smoothly, and keeping developers strictly aligned.Our Core Pillars for Every Team MemberOver-Communication: We prefer too many updates over silence.
