I need a complete portfolio site built from the ground up—code, design, and deployment. The look and feel must be unmistakably modern, with crisp typography, generous white-space, and smooth micro-interactions that showcase my work as an IT officer and software engineer.

The site structure is simple yet must feel polished:
• Home landing that introduces me and highlights key projects.
• Services page outlining development, design, and engineering offerings.
• Image-driven gallery to display case studies.
• Secure login area so I can update content myself.
• Contact form that routes messages to my email without exposing the address.

I’m open to your preferred full-stack stack—React, Vue, or Svelte on the front end, Node, Django, or Laravel on the back—but the final build should load fast, score well on Core Web Vitals, and be ready to host on a standard cloud service (Vercel, Netlify, AWS, or similar). Please include basic SEO tags, responsive layouts, and instructions for local setup and future content edits.

Deliverables:

• Deployed live URL
• Brief hand-off guide (readme or short Loom)
